Project Description

Challenge:
The brief was to create a new high quality machine-packed 150 g packaging for Geisha Original chocolates. The box should be side-glued and come to the packaging machine flat. The packaging should communicate the brand image and values. Machine packing has technical and shape restrictions for the packaging formats.

Solution:
The student team created functional cubical packages that can be split in two by pulling the perforated lines. The inside graphics could change from one packaging to the other offering an element of surprise to consumers opening the packaging. The inner layer offer possibilities for different types of visuals or seasonal graphics.
