Project Description

Study the sweetest moments in Finnish homes by means of ethnography. Explore future opportunities and possibilities for Sunnuntai to extend the brand and product portfolio and create a new visual identity for one of Raisio’s existing products, traditional Sunnuntai flour.

Students proposed two new future product concept families for Raisio: Sunnuntai Brunssi involving new products and packaging for brunch related items and Höpsis -concept comprising of sweet and delightful products. Students also created a number of successful graphical concepts for the existing Sunnutai flour product line. Evidence-based design was applied.
