To study and develop a future packaging concept using polysaccharide aerogel (hemicellulose aerogel). Explore the potential of aerogels in packaging.

A prototype of active packaging that controls the maturing process of avocados with the help of aerogel and active gasses. This solution enables fruits to have a longer shelf life and prevents food loss.
